The first destination where UTO festival wants to invite you is Futuoka
and you will get a chance to meet top artists and to create Utopia.
From K-POP living legends BoA to Highlight, celebrating their 15th anniversary,
to EXO members CHANYEOL, WayV, AB6IX, YENA, and UNIS, as well as Japanese boy groups XY and NOA,
and special guests who have recently exploded onto the scene NCT WISH, 10 groups will be performing their best in Fukuoka, Japan.

On the day of "UTO fest" is expected to be crowded before and after the performance. Prioritizing everyone's safety and ensuring an enjoyable experience, we kindly request your cooperation in alleviating congestion and following exit regulations.
·To alleviate congestion at the entrance gate, please arrive after the open time and with plenty of time before the start of the performances.
·After each performance, please cooperate with the regulated exit to avoid congestion near the venue's exits. Please follow the instructions and guidance of staff and security personnel, and keep moving without stopping in the vicinity of the venue.
·Customers who have purchased "Same-Day Exchange Tickets" can exchange them starting 30 minutes before the open time. Please arrive with ample time for the exchange. It is expected to be crowded before the start, and there is a possibility of not making it in time for the beginning. Please understand this in advance.

Light Stick
·The only lightsticks allowed for admission are official lightsticks sold at events by the featured artists, as well as commercially available lightsticks.
Handfan and Cheering board
·Both official goods and homemade hand items are allowed, but please limit the number of items held up simultaneously to one.
·The face of the handfan (excluding the handle) should be 30cm in diameter or smaller (30cm × 30cm).
·Cheering board and slogans should be A3 size or smaller. If creating homemade items, please refrain from using photos of the artist.
Request for Usage Guidelines
·Please ensure that you hold your support goods around your chest area.
·Avoid actions that may obstruct the view of customers behind you, such as holding them above your head.
·Please refrain from using decorations that are easily removable or materials that reflect like holograms.
·Items with shapes that may obstruct the view of others or be deemed disruptive to the event by the organizers may be prohibited, even if they meet the above guidelines.
·Please avoid any actions that may disrupt the performance or inconvenience other attendees. For the enjoyable and safe operation of the event, our staff may approach you with instructions, so please be aware of this in advance.
